You should have a scope of work for the renovation, a timeline of when you would like the work to be performed and a budget in mind for the renovation.
Depending on the size of the project we can usually start the design phase of a project within 3 weeks.
We do offer free estimates but we like to have a conversation over the phone with the potential client first to talk about the scope of the project a timeline and the budget they have in mind if this all aligns and seems a good fit we will come to site to discuss the project and provide a detailed proposal for them.
